About your host
I'm an artist, teacher, author and board certified anti-aging health practitioner. Creator of the "Sky Method" and the TransFormational Painting Workshop, my mission is to be a catalyst for transformation. I am here to empower those who desire more happiness, personal growth and freedom of self-expression with “The Sky Method”, a unique combination of proven techniques, cultivated through years of experience, a source for positive, rapid transformation.
What we’ll do
We will meditate on what is important to you and immediately paint your discovery on canvas. No prior experience is required... Everyone can paint!
“The Sky Method” is a two-part process consisting of Self-Inquiry – a guided focus inward – followed by Expressive Painting – serving as the bridge between one’s subconscious and conscious mind. It is a new modality of spiritual physiology with integration of expressive painting. My process allows participant(s) to dynamically transform their perspective of self, their behavioral patterns and limiting beliefs. As a result, it gives them freedom from “being stuck”, as well as release of emotions, pain, trauma, and stress locked in the subconscious mind and body. Resulting in a profound therapeutic healing effect on the whole person. The entire process is highly pleasurable. It helps to reach a profound understanding of SELF, resolve inner conflicts and reach a deeper sense of inner peace and meaning.
You WILL create beautiful, spontaneous images regardless of your previous painting skills. Those images will continue to serve you as a visual reminder of your personal victory (see client experiences).

What to bring
Dress comfortably for the meditation segment of the workshop. Have a spare tee shirt for the painting segment.
Where you'll be
The intimate setting in my studio near the beach. About 40 minutes ride from Manhattan, on the Q and B train line.

Cancellation policy: Any experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase.
Communication policy: Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside of the Airbnb website or app.
Guest requirements: Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend.
